TORTELLINI SALAD

1/2 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup green onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon basil
1 Can pasta ready tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cup black olives, chopped
2 Packages tortellini, white, green &/or red, cooked
1/4 Cup rice vinegar
3 Cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 Cup feta cheese, crumbled
8 1/2 Ounces artichoke hearts, water packed, drained & quartered
1 Teaspoon dill weed
1 Jar roasted peppers, chopped

Whisk oil and vinegar in small bowl. Add seasonings & mix well. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl & pour dressing over tortellini. Toss gently. Refrigerate overnight.
