Macadamia Nut Pumpkin Cookies

2 Cups Flour        
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Sticks Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Pumpkin
1 Large Egg
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
12 Ounces White Chocolate, Morsels
2/3 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts, Toasted
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed

Combine flour, cinnamon, cardamom and baking soda in small bowl.
Beat butter and sugars in large bowl until creamy.
Beat in pumpkin, egg & vanilla until well mixed.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in morsels and macadamia nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto greased baking sheets; flatten slightly with back of spoon dipped into granulated sugar.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 11 to 14 minutes or until centers are set.
Cool 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Drizzle melted white chocolate across cooled cookies for nice effect.
