Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- ⅓ cup salad oil
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 6 chicken breasts without skin
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in glass bowl, blending thoroughly. Pour over chicken, cover and marinade in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Grill or broil as usual.
