Ingredients
- 4 oz raspberry gelatin powder
- 11 oz raspberries, frozen, thawed
- 1 c sour cream
- ¾ cup water
Instructions
- Bring water to boil in small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in raspberry jello. Whisk in sour cream.
- Pour into 1 quart mold.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Unmold.
