Raspberry Razzle

Ingredients

  • 4 oz raspberry gelatin powder
  • 11 oz raspberries, frozen, thawed
  • 1 c sour cream
  • ¾ cup water

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil in small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in raspberry jello. Whisk in sour cream.
  • Pour into 1 quart mold.
  • Chill several hours or overnight.
  • Unmold.
