Ingredients
- Crust
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix, non-instant
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- ½ cup milk
- Filling
- 3 tbsp. peach juice
- ½ cup sugar
- 11 oz cream cheese
- 20 oz sliced peaches, cut in 1/2" pieces
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
- Grease or spray with Pam a 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
- Beat the first 6 ingredients for 2 minutes, until smooth.
- Pour into pie plate. Arrange the peach slices in the batter.
- Beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice for 2 minutes. Spoon over the peaches, leaving 1 inch from the edge.
- Combine the remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
