Ingredients
- 2 c rolled oats
- 2 c buttermilk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c raspberries
- Real maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine oats & buttermilk and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix eggs with melted butter and oatmeal mixture. Combine with the dry ingredients.
- Heat griddle to 400 degrees & oil. Pour batter onto griddle and sprinkle with berries - when bubbly, flip over.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup.
- Must mix the oats & buttermilk ahead. Also delicious with blueberries.
